Sports Center Niška Banja

The basic idea of the presented conceptual solution is the construction of a new sports center in Niška Banja. The newly designed complex is planned on an undeveloped rectangular plot, located near the main road to Niška Banja.
The complex consists of the following facilities: the main football field, sports facility, field with artificial and natural grass, football field covered with a steel arched lattice structure, and an athletics track.
The sports facility covers an area of 7600 m2 with a ground floor plus two additional floors, centrally positioned on the plot, rectangular in shape, oriented in the east-west direction. The facility includes multiple functional units such as catering facilities, spa and gym, sports halls, accommodation units, and administrative offices. A spacious rooftop terrace on the second floor provides a good overview of the main elements of the complex, the football fields.
The covered western grandstand adjacent to the main field is designed for a capacity of 2500 spectators, with amenities for athletes’ stay and preparation, as well as facilities for the audience and journalists.
