The entire concept of the building is subordinate to respecting the uniqueness of the rugged site.
The design of the building maximizes the advantages of the terrain without extensive interventions, placing the main entrances on the gentler part of the land, while the rest of the building extends towards the slope, utilizing the rocky substrate as its foundation.
By diversifying the main monolithic form, we open the vistas towards the natural expanse and achieve maximum usable space in harmony with the conditions of the site and the investor’s needs. Three interconnected buildings have been formed, creating a technical-technological and functional unit. Gaps between the buildings and “gaps” represent windows and viewpoints overlooking nature.
The total accommodation capacity consists of 62 spacious luxury apartments.
The form that emerges from the conditions is multilayered, linear, fragmented, creating a symbiosis with the terrain’s topography and remaining unobtrusive in its materialization.
The entrance part is conceived in contrast to the rest, resembling a monochromatic cube of ice submerged in snow, sculptural in its uniqueness.
