The residential and business complex “Planet Residence” in Nis (66,708 m²) is a dominant urban structure with a height of 13 floors. The building is functionally divided into a commercial base on the ground floor and a mezzanine, above which a residential part is developed in a distinctive P shape. The specific configuration made it possible to form a spacious park for tenants on the roof plane of the mezzanine, thereby creating an isolated green space within the complex.

Concept

The architectural expression is characterized by the gradual elevation of the last floors towards the center, thus forming a dynamic silhouette and allowing panoramic views. On the facade, mezzanine structures are emphasized, which grow into spacious balconies, and each “step” of the building is greened to achieve a balance between massive construction and nature. The use of luxury materials and glass surfaces further emphasizes the modern identity of the building, while the clear separation of the business base and residential wings ensures the privacy of the users.
