The residential and commercial building “Master Riverside” in Nis (604 m²) is located in an attractive location with direct orientation to the river. It is designed to maximize the benefits of the environment, offering tenants a unique experience of connection with nature in the urban core. The building functionally combines office space on the ground floor and residential units on higher floors, with each zone strategically oriented towards the river panorama.

Concept

The architectural expression is defined by the use of dark gray panels that give the structure visual weight and elegance. The characteristic form arises from the recessed ground floor, the silhouette of which is further emphasized by specific slopes, creating the impression of dynamic support for the upper floors. The facade is enlivened with integrated greenery on the balconies and the green roof, which in addition to the ecological contribution creates a strong coloristic contrast with the monochrome cladding. Balconies were designed as a key element of the human-water connection, acting as an extension of the interior space towards the natural landscape.
