The project includes the revitalization of the existing business building in Nis, with a total gross area of 3000 m². The intervention involves improving the functionality and contemporary design of the building through the reorganization of the space and modernization of the facade. The ground floor is open and transparent, intended for public and commercial facilities, while the upper floors are organized for business and multifunctional purposes. Particular attention is paid to accessibility and integration of the facility into the existing urban context.

Concept

The concept of revitalization is based on the transformation of an existing building into a contemporary and visually recognizable space. The dynamic, curved shape of the facade in combination with glass surfaces and vertical brisoles allows light control and contributes to energy efficiency. The contrast between transparent and full volumes accentuates the contemporary architectural expression, while the open ground floor creates a strong link between the interior and the public space. The idea was to transform the building into an attractive urban center designed for young people and modern business activities.
