The Zaječar Secondary School Center project involves a comprehensive transformation of the existing educational complex through reconstruction, extension, and the construction of new facilities. It includes the upgrade of buildings for the Gymnasium, Technical and Medical Schools, and the Economic and Trade School, as well as the construction of a new sports hall, dual education facilities, and supporting infrastructure. Leveraging the complex's existing spatial and functional potential, the project aims to create a modern educational environment that meets the demands of contemporary education and modern teaching methods. Special emphasis is placed on improving the quality of teaching spaces, enhancing the energy efficiency of the buildings, implementing modern construction technologies, and elevating the overall standard of facilities and experience for students and staff. Beyond the building upgrades, the project also redefines outdoor spaces by arranging pedestrian pathways, landscaping, creating new gathering areas, and improving traffic flow within the complex. The objective is to establish a functional, sustainable, and inviting school environment that promotes education, social interaction, and community development.
