The interior of the Kapaprojekt office space was designed in response to the needs of modern work processes, where flexibility, efficiency and quality of the environment play a key role. Located on the top floor of the property, the space uses its position to provide plenty of natural light and open views to the surroundings, further enriching the working environment.

The organization of the space is clear and functional, with open work areas that encourage communication and teamwork, while service and supporting facilities are integrated into a single whole. Large glass surfaces allow a continuous connection to the outdoor space, creating a feeling of spaciousness and transparency.

Concept

The interior concept is based on the interpretation of industrial expression through a contemporary design approach. Raw concrete walls and visible installations reveal the construction of the space, giving it an authentic and sincere character. This robust frame is softened by a carefully chosen color palette — neutral gray tones dominate, while olive green accents bring freshness and visual balance. Horizontal ceiling elements have a dual role — they shape the identity of the space and promote acoustic comfort, making the work environment more pleasant and focused. Light, materials and proportions together build an atmosphere that encourages productivity but also a feeling of comfort during the stay.
