About project

2025.

The interior of the building in Zahumska is designed as highly functional open spacewhich responds to the dynamic needs of modern business. On six floors, the space is organized through a series of zones that balance between productive work and necessary rest. The central motif is shared kitchens and “hubs” for socializing, equipped with custom-designed elements in terracotta and wood tones, while workstations are supported by advanced acoustic solutions and installation floors. Special emphasis was placed on the accompanying facilities — from elegantly designed blocks with wardrobes, through “beauty” refreshment stations, to soundproofed booths for confidential conversations, thus achieving maximum quality of the working environment.

Concept

The architectural narrative of the interior is based on the harmony of textures and light. The palette of natural materials dominates: the warmth of the oak and the tactility of the fabrics are contrasted with the monolithic surfaces of natur concrete and terrazzo floors. Organic forms, such as rounded reception counters and ribbed verticals permeated with integrated greenery, visually soften the strict geometry of the structure. The lighting was treated as a sculptural element, where linear technical sources intertwine with ambient, warm luminaires, creating an atmosphere more reminiscent of a boutique hotel than a classic office. The result is a space with a high aesthetic level that encourages productivity and a sense of belonging.

The interior of Zahumska 26 is the pinnacle of well-being design, where every detail creates a space that inspires and enhances the daily stay of employees
