The planned works involve the reconstruction of the production hall and the Expedit hall, with the construction of new canopies on their northeast side that improve the capacity for loading and unloading goods. A key functional innovation is the transport bridge that connects the Expedit hall to the newly formed warehouse unit, thus enabling automated and smooth material flow between the different stages of production. All other facilities on the plot were designed as completely new structures, while the internal transport network was redefined to ensure maximum logistical efficiency and safety within the factory.
