Residential Building in Winterthur

A multifamily residential building with commercial space on the ground floor is situated on a plot that has access to two parallel streets that are at different levels. Cascade in the ground is used to create separate object approaches from different levels and to share access to the public (Internet café and restaurant and an underground garage at a lower level) and private access (access to the entrance of the residential part of the building from a higher level). The architecture of the building is modern, followed by straight lines and simple forms, in accordance with the existing typology of the environment.
